THIS PLAT IS AND SHALL BE SUBJECT TO CERTAIN COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, <br />RESERVATIONS AND EASEMENTS (THE "CCR'S") AND DESIGN GUIDELINES PURSUANT TO THE <br />DEVELOPMENT OF THE RESORT. ALL IMPROVEMENTS TO LOTS SHALL BE WITHIN THE <br />IMPROVEMENT ENVELOPES ESTABLISHED BY SUNCADIA. <br />6.
