Chairman Wachsmith seconded. Motion carried 2-0. <br /> RESOLUTION 2024-099 EASEMENT – KINMAN PUBLIC WORKS <br />Vice-Chairman Osiadacz moved to approve Resolution No. 2024-099, <br />Authorizing the Flood Control Zone District Administrator to Sign <br />Easement Documents with Oenone Kinman, in the amount of $75,000.00. <br />Chairman Wachsmith seconded.
