PERSONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />ATTACHMENT ''B'' <br />COMPENSATION <br />Fortheperiodof January 1,2024to December 31,2024, Contractorwillbepaid$6,000permonth <br />Contractor shall submit invoices to the County on a monthly basis on the first of each month after services are <br />provided. Contractor will also bill a monthly expense reimbursement amount of $100 per month for routine <br />expenses such as local mileage and parking. Additional expenses will be payable upon submission of an invoice <br />detailing such expenses. Extraordinary expenses shall be incurred only with prior authorization of the County <br />and reimburs'ed as an additional cost to this agreement. <br />For the service period of January 1,2024 to March 31,2024, Contractor shall provide a combined single invoice <br />on May 1,2024. <br />Page 4 ol 17
