KNIT performs its services consistent with the <br />professional skill and care ordinarily provided by an Architect providing similar services for a similar <br />project under similar circumstances. KNIT does not warrant that any design services or work product <br />will be completely error or omission free. Therefore, the Owner in establishing the Construction Budget <br />for the Cost of the Work shall include appropriate contingencies for errors or inconsistencies in the <br />construction documents, and unforeseen conditions. <br />
