3 <br />KNIT <br />Supplemental Services <br />The following services, which are in addition to the usual and customary basic design services, are <br />proposed for your project. <br />• Cost Estimating - Quantity take -offs and unit cost pricing of materials, labor, tools, equipment, and <br />services required for the Work plus estimates for the Contractor's supervision cost, Work required <br />by General and Supplementary Conditions, and an allowance for a reasonable Contractor's <br />overhead and profit. Supplementary Services shall be performed during the Construction <br />Documents Phase <br />
