Amendment No. 1 to Animal Shelter Operations Agreement – Page 2 <br />The Humane Society shall present the County with a monthly invoice before the tenth (10th) <br />of the month following the month in which services were provided. It is understood and <br />agreed that the contract sum shall be paid within thirty (30) days of receiving the Humane <br />Society’s billing invoice. <br /> <br /> <br /> 2.
