EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />Proposal: Camera replacement at the Public Health Building. <br />Scope of Work: <br />AEU proposes to install video cameras and camera network cables as requested by <br />you. The proposal is based on a recent AEU system evaluation and on information <br />furnished by you. <br />Inclusions: <br />VICON CCTV CAMERAS <br />Provide the following.- <br />0 5 Exterior cameras <br />• 5 Interior cameras <br />• New CAT6 cabling for 10 new cameras above <br />CAMERAS: <br />• See Exhibit A attached for camera types and locations. <br />• Provide licenses and upgrade protection plans for the above cameras. <br />• Provide mounting hardware appropriate to camera physical installation for the <br />above cameras. <br />CAMERA CABLING: <br />• Furnish and install CAT6 cabling, tested to CAT6 TIAA standards, <br />either riser or plenum as required. <br />• Cable may be installed in surface mounted EMT (electrical metal <br />tubing.) <br />• Connect new cabling to existing patch panels furnished and installed <br />by the owner. <br />PREREQUISITES: <br />Owner agrees to furnish: <br />• IP addresses for the cameras. <br />• Rackspace for patch panel. <br />EXCLUSIONS: <br />• Asbestos testing or abatement. <br />• Painting. <br />CLARIFICATIONS: <br />• Nothing is included which is not specified in this proposal. <br />Professional Services Agreement (rev. 09/24/2018) <br />Page 13 of 17 <br />
