KITTITAS COUNTY <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />June 4, 2024 <br />Request to Set a Public Hearing for July 2, 2024, at <br />2:00 pm local time to consider the Infrastructure <br />and Phasing Agreement for the remaining <br />development phases for Black Horse at Whiskey <br />Creek Plat. <br />BACKGROUND: DR Horton and Public Works have finalized the <br />actions and timelines associated with meeting <br />preliminary plat conditions for the remaining phases <br />of Black Horse at Whiskey Creek plat. Chapter <br />12.89 of Kittitas County code allows for this <br />agreement to proceed for Board consideration after <br />a public hearing as described in Revised Code of <br />Washington 36.70B.200. The Board has been <br />briefed previously on the agreement. <br />INTERACTION: Public Works; DR Horton <br />RECOMMENDATION: Set a Public Hearing for July 2, 2024, at 2:00 pm <br />local time, to consider the Infrastructure and <br />Phasing Agreement for the remaining development <br />phases for Black Horse at Whiskey Creek Plat. <br />HANDLING: Return one original to Public Works <br />ATTACHMENTS: Notice of Public Hearing <br />LEAD STAFF: Josh Fredrickson, Public Works Director <br />
