AND APN: 861033 Per Statutory Warranty Deed 400333 That Portion of the North 1 /2 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 27, Township North, Range 18 East, W.M., Kittitas County, Washington lying northerly of the northerly right of way line of the canal of the Ellensburg Water Company. EXCEPT right of way for County Roads along the North boundary.
