16. No Presumption Against Drafter. The terns, conditions, and other provisions of this <br />Agreement have been negotiated between Kinman and the County, each of whom had <br />the benefit of an/or opportunity to obtain its own legal counsel. No presumptions shall <br />arise that this Agreement was prepared by one party or another.
