PERFO RMANCE M ONITO RING <br />The Local Government will monitor the performance of the Subrecipient by tracking project <br />progress, reviewing payment requests for applicable costs, managing the timely passthrough of <br />CDBG funds, ou.rr."irrg compliance with ibgC requirements, and ensuring recordkeeping and <br />audit requirements ur. *-.t. It is expressly understood that <br />claims for reimbursement will not be subrnitted in excess of actual, immediate cash requirements <br />necessary to carry out the pu{poses of the agreement.
