Duties ln The Event Of <br />Accident, Claim, Suit Or Loss, a. is am€nded by <br />adding the following: <br />This condition applies only when the "acidenf or <br />"loss" is known to: <br />(1) You, if you are an individual; <br />(2) A partner, il you are a partnership; <br />(3) An €xecutive olficer or insuran€ manager, if <br />you are a corporation; ot <br />(4) A member or manager, jf you are a limiied <br />liability company. <br />But, this section does not amend the provisions <br />relating to notifimtion of police, protection or exami- <br />naiion of ihe property which was subject to the <br />'loss" <br />Section IV - BUSINESS AUTO CONDITIONS, A <br />Loss Conditions, S, Transfer of Rlghts of <br />Recovery Against Others to Us, is amended by <br />adding the following exception: <br />However. we waive any right of reovery we may <br />have against any person or organization to the <br />extent required of you by a written contract signed <br />and executed prior to any "acident" or "loss", <br />providod that the "accidenf or "loss" arises out of <br />operations contemplated by such mntract. The <br />waiver applies only to the person or organization <br />designated in such contract. <br />C. Unintentional Failure to Disclose Hazards <br />SECTION IV - 8U$INESS AUTO CONDITIONS, B. <br />General Conditions, 2. Concealment, Misrepre- <br />sentation Or Frdud. is amended by adding lhe <br />following paragraph: <br />lf you unintentionally fail to disclose any haards <br />existing at the ineption date of the policy, or during <br />th€ policy period in connection with any additional <br />hazards, we will not deny coverage under lhis Cov- <br />erage Part because of such failure. <br />D, Employee Hired Auto <br />SECTION IV. BUSINESS AUTO CONDITIONS, B. <br />General Conditions, 5.
