EXHIBIT "A'' <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />ln addition to providing all material and labor, the Contractor shall perform the following <br />1 . Under no circumstances shall any of the scrap metal removed from the Kittitas <br />County Solid Waste Facilities be disposed of unlawfully by the Contractor. <br />2. The Contractor shall furnish the following information to the Kittitas County Solid <br />Waste Office, along with the invoice for payment: Name of facility serviced. Amount in <br />tons, removed. Date of service. <br />3. The County shall provide weighing services to the Contractor. The Contractor shall <br />weigh in empty upon arrival and weigh out full before leaving the facility. <br />4. The Contractor shall leave Roll Off containers at each transfer station for the County <br />to load with scrap metal. When full the Contractor will be notified that a pickup is <br />needed and will swap out the full container for an empty container. <br />The Contractor shall provide service within 10 days of notification by the County <br />that a pickup is required. <br />Contractor shall transport, recycle and/or dispose of scrap metal in accordance <br />with all local, state, and Federal laws and regulations. <br />Scrap Metalwill be collected at <br />Ellensburg Transfer Station <br />1001 S lndustrialWay <br />Ellensburg, WA 98926 <br />Cle Elum Transfer Station <br />50 #5 Mine Rd <br />Cle Elum, WA 98922 <br />Professional Services Agreement (rev. 0912412018) <br />Page 14 of 19 <br />5. <br />6.
