However, staff did not have a resolution prepared <br /> to formally document the adoption. <br /> This amendment to the bylaws address quorum language, and updated Article VII item 3 to reflect the <br /> recommendations from members at the January 18th,2024 Board of Health meeting, as follows: <br /> Four(4)members of the Board of Health shall constitute a quorum for the dispatch of business.A <br /> majority of members of the Board of Health shall constitute a quorum in the event that any member <br /> seats at the time of the meeting are vacant. <br /> INTERACTION: <br /> n/a <br /> LEAD STAFF: <br /> Chelsey Loeffers, Director <br />
