OTHER BUSINESS <br /> Chairman Wachsmith discussed the possibility of levying for an <br /> increase in veterans funding next year. He will meet with the VSO <br /> and Public Health for more direction. <br /> Ronald Ness stated he will be at Super 1 on Saturday April 6th for <br /> more Veteran Services Outreach to the community. <br /> Gayle Scott stated that Moses Lake Veterans have a program that <br /> offer supportive services to veteran' s spouses after a veteran <br /> passes away. It is for six months and can include moving <br /> services, help with paperwork, etc. <br /> Ruben Cardenas stated that CWU Veterans Services will sponsor a <br /> campus speaker April 4th in the evening. He will give more details <br /> later. There will also be a Suicide Prevention Training offered <br /> at CWU on May 3rd by Tony Sandoval. This training counts for <br /> Continuing Ed Credits .
