Contractor is eligible to claim reimbursement for the following items and amounts only: <br />o Work with a professional agency to refine our marketing and promotion strategy <br />o Develop written content for social media, radio spots, and press releases for <br />newspa per/magazines <br />o Create photography, graphics and visuals for social media, digital advertising and print <br />advertising <br />r Refine and expand content on website and improve SEO and search results <br />r Ongoing website design and maintenance and social media management <br />o Fees for boosted social media ads, online advertising, radio spots, and print advertising <br />beyond Kit <br />o Fees for social media ads, radio spots, and print advertising within Kittitas County week <br />of events <br />r Talent fees for artists, musicians, performers, guest speakers and/or workshop presenters <br />r Travel expenses for out-of-town artists, musicians, performers, presenters <br />o Equipment rental as needed for performances and workshops <br />g. Contractor is not eligible to claim reimbursement for any items not listed in Section 2 (f) and <br />is further expressly denied funding for the following items as requested in the application as <br />defined in Section 1(a): N/A <br />h. Contractors requesting reimbursement for event-specific expenses shall submit all claims as <br />no more than two reimbursement requests with supporting documentation at the conclusion <br />of the event. <br />Contractors must complete the Lodging Tax Reimbursement online training course provided <br />by the County Auditor's office prior to filing reimbursement claim. Requests for <br />reimbursement will not be accepted by the County Auditor prior to the training being <br />completed.
