Spectators are incentivized to go into participating businesses to collect a playing card in hopes of developing a strcng poker hand. The strongest poker hand wins a prize. ln order to participate in this activity, you must visit the participating businesses. On our event page within the Chamber website we list all oi our sponsors associated with the event. KMS ACX Advantage Dirt O'Rielly Auto Parts We provided an opportunity to have promotional items placed in swag bags that we passed out to car show registrants Our Title sponsor had a step and repeat banner and was recognized al the event. Title and supporting sponsors were recognized during the eveni promotion period. Future Plans *Many of the same elements will remain as we plan for 2A24. We will review our registration costs and determine if we should have a modest increase in registration costs. We do not want to discourage registrations but want to have a market appropriate rate. We will continue with bringing in the monster truck attraction . ln 2023 this was a new revenue center; we will bring ihat back. We will also continue to expand our merchandising for the event. Merchandise sales helps offset the cost of the production ofthe event. Sponsorships will always be a source of revenue thai the Chamber will seek. We will look to expand our food and vendor offerings. The current fee is $35 per spot. We consistently review a{l of our events throughout the course of the year. lt is very likely that this event will evolve beyond the responses in lhis application as we conlinue la plan for 2A24. 2500 characte. lirirrl
