Barcoded tickets were sold and zip <br />codes for purchasers were recorded at time of sale. Tickets were scanned at the <br />gate for entry. Additionally, we collected accommodalion information by direct ask <br />regarding overnight stay, residency, and accommodations at time of ticket sale. We <br />did the same during vendor, contestant and volunteer registration. <br />ln2Q23 we had 1927 overall altendance for Friday and Saturday performances. 715 <br />were from outside of Kittitas County and of those 194 were from outside of WA state. <br />664 attendees utilized overnight lodging {hotel/motel, RVlcamping, or vacation <br />rental). Using the 2.5 people per pd lodging night multiplier would make a total of <br />266 paid nights. <br />2O24 overall attendance is based on projected seating capacity and contestant <br />growth expected.
