Response 1: <br />ProjecVEvent <br />Description * <br />Video Link <br />The Cle Elum Roundup Association presenls PRCA & WPRA sanctioned <br />(Profession Rodeo Cowboy Associationlwomen's Professional Rodeo Association) <br />pro-rodeo and western entertainment the last weekend in July at the Washington <br />State Horse Park in Cle Elum, Washington. <br />There are two PRCAIWPRA rodeo performances on one each on Friday and <br />Saturday evenings, PRCAIWPRA slack for all roping and barrel racing events during <br />the day Saturday. For 2A24 cowboy church & a communitylamateur event are <br />planned for Sunday. There are food & merchandise vendors, entettainers {drill <br />teams, musacians, clown acts), rodeo royalty, and kids & family aclivities all weekend <br />long belore, during, and aiter each rodeo performance. <br />The professional rodeo performances are filled with traditional rodeo events, as well <br />as, an entertaining clown and crowd-pleasing announcer, mutton busting, a <br />spectacular grand entry with visiting rodeo possee's, Royalty runs, where sponsor <br />flags fly high and the American flag is honored with the national anthem performed <br />Iive by local talent. <br />We offer family activities before the rodeo, along with rodeo royalty and contestant <br />meet & greei, as well as entertainment including music, dancing and refreshments <br />after each of the rodeo performances. We find that multiple rodeo performances and <br />added activities of our event along with partnerships with sponsors to offer discounts <br />and advertising for local acconrmodations encourage our out-of-town patrons to stay <br />the night and enjoy a full weekend within our community. <br />The Cle Elum Roundup Association is a non-profil organization of dedicated <br />volunteers working to slrenglhen our community through lhe traditions of Roundup <br />and the sport ol rodeo. <br />2500 cha.a.lcr linil <br />Pleaso provide us iink lo a brief./ideo sumlrary of you organization's event4rojecl.
