<br />2a) Project Workfiow Process (Reference Central Services Project flowchart) <br /> <br />3) Special projects and analysis as requested by the BOCC or Management Team. <br /> <br />Membership: The Committee shall have standing membership comprised of subject <br />matter experts from departments that primarily provide internal services. The committee <br />will invite other members as needed when it is determined that project sponsors might <br />beneflt from additional subject matter perspectives. The committee will establish their own <br />procedures and bylaws and elect a chair from within their membership. The standing <br />membership shall be: <br />• County Human Resources Director <br />• County Information Technology Director <br />• County Risk Manager (Prosecutors Office) <br />• County Budget & Finance Director (Auditor’s Office) <br />• County Investment Officer (Treasurer’s Office) <br />• County Maintenance Director <br /> <br />Membership: Meetings will be held on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month <br />at 2PM in the BOCC Auditorium. <br />
