0 Page 3 <br />July 25, 2023 <br />• Rackspace for equipment is furnished by others and must be <br />adequate for AEU use without reconfiguration of owner's existing <br />equipment. <br />• Power for equipment is furnished by others. <br />• UPS power is recommended for all equipment: AEU cannot warranty <br />damage caused by power quality or loss. <br />• Remote access is required for equipment manufacturer support. <br />• Existing Vicon Valerus software will be updated (where applicable) <br />and furnished with a 3-year support and update plan. <br />• Warranty items: <br />o Manufacturer equipment warranties apply. <br />The costs stated above do not include sales tax or bonding cost. The cost <br />stated is valid for 30 days from the date of this proposal.
