Workers' Compensation in amounts required by law ❑ Stop Gap/Employers Liability Coverage limits not less than: • $1,000,000 each accident • $1,000,000 disease — policy limit • $1,000,000 disease — each employee ■ Thirty (30) days written notice to the County of cancellation of the insurance policy. ❑ Professional Liability The Contractor and/or its Subcontractor professional services shall provide evidence covering professional errors and omissions following minimum limits: ■ $1,000,000 per claim ■ $2,000,000 annual aggregate ■ If insurance is on a claims -made subsequent renewals, shall be Agreement. and/or its consultant providing of Professional Liability Insurance .
