Motion carried 2-0. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION COUNTY FACEBOOK COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board determined that for the week of April 29, 2024, they would <br />post the following on their Facebook page: KCSO Springwood Ranch <br />Trespassing Post; Eric Brian Johnson WSAC Exec Director <br />Proclamation; Noxious Weed post about what their Department does. <br /> <br />UPDATE BOCC/ DEPARTMENT HEAD REPORTS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Each Commissioner was assigned three different Department Heads to <br />meet with on a weekly basis for the year. The assignments for 2024 <br />were determined at the Board of County Commissioners Office Admin <br />meeting earlier on and they will continue to provide updates at <br />future meetings. <br /> <br />Each Commissioner reviewed discussions held with their respective <br />departments and exchanged details of those meetings. <br /> <br />OTHER BUSINESS/GENERAL UPDATES <br /> <br />There were general updates on meetings & conversations that the <br />Board participated in, individually over the past week. <br /> <br />Staff requested the Board’s feedback on a proposal to purchase one <br />item of clothing (pre-selected choices) for any County Employee <br />wishing to select something, but mostly for those attending the <br />Employee Luncheon in September. Mandy Buchholz, Office Administrator <br />shared items she was thinking would appeal to a large group of <br />people. She shared ballpark prices and shared that the EIC/Wellness <br />already has a budget that doesn’t include this. However there were <br />previous funds that didn’t get carried over she would like to apply <br />to this purchase.
