EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />In addition to providing all material and labor, the Contractor shall perform the following: <br />Supply all labor, equipment and supplies needed to pump NO MORE THAN 275,646 gallons of <br />septage from the Ryegrass lagoons and apply to permitted fields on site at the Kittitas County <br />Ryegrass Facility. <br />Provide daily quantities of septage applied, lime stabilization, and PH records. <br />Supply all labor, equipment and supplies needed to slurry, lime stabilize, pump lagoons and apply to <br />the permitted fields on site at the Kittitas County Ryegrass Facility to reach the maximum permitted <br />gallons as approved in the DOE letter dated June 19, 2023 (554,685). <br />See exhibit "D" for letter and map. <br />
