Request Boards Approval to Purchase Two Storage Sheds: Patti informed the Board on the <br />current storage shipping containers in the North Parking Lot needing to be removed for the <br />upcoming construction project. She said they would be relocated to the Fairgrounds for storage <br />and the purchase of two new storage units would be more efficient for storage of Maintenance's <br />winter/summer equipment. The Board supported the purchase of the sheds. A brief discussion <br />was held on Security camaras. <br />Other Business — No Action to be taken. A brief discussion was held on the public hearing <br />scheduled for next week and the status of the new Transfer Station. Patti informed the Board that <br />she hired a project manager to assist with quality assurance at a lessor fee then the consultant <br />quoted to oversee the project. <br />At 2:29 p.m. the Board called for a two -minute Executive Session with no action <br />anticipated. RCW 42.30.110 (g) To evaluate the qualifications of an applicant for public <br />employment or to review the performance of a public employee.
