Railroad Street <br />will be closed at Cross Street to Kachess Ave from 8:00am until4:00pm. There will be detour signs <br />routing the traffic through lst Street. The parade route is down Railroad Street from Cross Street turning <br />north on Kachess Ave then east on 1$ Street starting at l2:00pm to 1:00pm.
