KCC 17 . 15 .060 . 1 RETAIL SALES DISCUSSION <br /> PLANNING MANAGER AYLING stated this item is being brought <br /> to the Planning Commission at the direction of the Board of <br /> County Commissioners . This topic is referring to one <br /> specific parcel at this time with regards to zoning and <br /> potential rezoning. Discussion occurred. <br /> DEVELOPMENT OF 2024 WORK PLAN <br /> Discussion occurred regarding setting a work plan for 2024 . <br /> Topics included Mardee Lake, climate change and <br /> sustainability, subarea planning and the buildable lands <br /> analysis . The Planning Commissioners agreed to this plan <br /> and to possibly have more than one meeting a month when <br /> necessary. <br /> DIRECTOR' S REPORT <br /> DIRECTOR COOK provided a written report of the current <br /> items and projects being tracked.
