STR MATERIALS FROM OTHER JURISDICTION <br /> The committee reviewed the materials that were distributed <br /> at the meeting. Discussion occurred regarding safety <br /> concerns, including over-capacity, fire and life safety <br /> inspections, impacts on long term residents, noise <br /> ordinance/concerns and housing concerns . The committee <br /> agreed that they would like some education regarding <br /> current codes and zoning regulations . Discussion occurred <br /> regarding the committee starting with a definition of what <br /> a short term rental is and then proceeding from there with <br /> potential regulations . Planner Chace Pedersen requested the <br /> members to look over the handouts and come to the next <br /> meeting with a proposed definitions .
