1. Violates Section 15.08.020 shall be guilty of an infraction, punishable by a fine of two hundred fifty dollars, not including statutory assessments. 2. Violates Section 15.08.020 a second time within any twelve-month period shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by up to ninety days in jail and/or a fine of up to one thousand dollars. 3. Violates Section 15.08.020 three or more times within ten years shall be guilty of a gross misdemeanor, punishable by up to three hundred sixty-five days in jail and/or a fine of <br />five thousand dollars.
