Cook <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Award professional service agreements to Kimley-Horn and BHC consultants. <br />BRIEFING SUMMARY: <br />• Planning support services were solicited via a statement of qualifications (SOQ) <br />process and properly advertised. <br />• An internal selection committee scored the responders and were split on selected <br />the first and second selections. <br />• Staff recommend awarding service contracts to the first and second selections <br />from the review committee. <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Following the termination of DCB Watershed as CDS' task order consultant, CDS <br />solicited for planning support services through an SOQ process. Four firms responded to <br />our solicitation. An internal review committee reviewed the four submittals, ranking <br />them for selection. <br />DISCUSSION: <br />Two of the review committee members selected Kimley-Horn as number one and two <br />selected BHC as number one.
