FISCAL IMPACTS: <br /> The $100,000 in matching contributions are not budgeted in the 2024 Flood Control Zone <br /> District Budget. The actual budget impacts will be less, and District staff time is <br /> budgeted and some of our consultant expenses will be incurred in 2025. District staff <br /> proposes to first try to cover this additional expense through cost savings in other <br /> projects, if available.
