<br />COMPENSATION
<br />The budget for the entirety of this project will be as follows:
<br />- 1.0 FTE (Weekdays) Nurse Case Manager salary and benefits = $334,632.77
<br />- 0.4 FTE (Weekends) Nurse Case Manager salary and benefits = $128,027.35
<br />- MOUD Prescribers (including 24/7/365 on -call service) _ $156,000.00
<br />- Hiring, orientation, training, transition, implementation = $33,334.88
<br />- Overhead, management & supervision = $58,000
<br />SUM = $ 709,995.00
<br />Broken down by BJA fiscal year (FY), funding will be utilized as follows:
<br />BJA FY24 (through September 30th 2024) budget shall be:
<br />- 1.0 FTE (Weekdays) Nurse Case Manager salary and benefits = $54,816.65
<br />($55 dollars an hour plus 15% for benefits including Medical, Vision, FICA, SUI,
<br />L&I, WA PFML, & Retirement)
<br />- 0.4 FTE (Weekends) Nurse Case Manager salary and benefits = $20,972.35
<br />($55 dollars an hour plus 10% for benefits including FICA, SUI, L&I, WA PFML, &
<br />Retirement)
<br />- MOUD Prescribers, 24/7/365 on -call service included = $12,000 (Based on up to
<br />32.5 hours per month of face-to-face care at $160.50 dollars an hour plus 15%
<br />for benefits including Medical, Vision, FICA, SUI, L&I, WA PFML, & Retirement)
<br />- Hiring, orientation, training, transition, implementation = $16,911.50
<br />- Overhead, management & supervision = $10,000

<br />BJA FY25 (through September 30th 2025) budget shall be:
<br />- 1.0 FTE (Weekdays) Nurse Case Manager salary and benefits = $136,493.49

<br />SUI, L&I, WA PFML, & Retirement)
<br />- 0.4 FTE (Weekends) Nurse Case Manager salary and benefits = $52,221.12
