The right is reserved to reject any and all bids and to waiver informalities in the bidding. The Kittitas County in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. The improvement for which bids will be received is described below: The work is to be performed within the defined timelines, Season 1 between May 28, 2024 and June 14, 2024, Season 2 between August 05, 2024, and August 16, 2024. All work shall be completed prior to August 23, 2024. This work includes roadway striping on Kittitas County, City of Ellensburg, City of Kittitas, and the Town of South Cle Elum roads. The engineer's estimated range for the project is $290,000.00 - $322,000.00.
