Any invoices not received by the <br />deadline may not be reimbursed and the award money will be forfeited. Please note. WASPC <br />is responsible for the amount of your grant award only. Any expense in excess of the grant <br />award is agency responsibility. <br />• Vendor invoices in excess of $5,000.00 total purchase for a single piece of equipment <br />requires preapproval. Please contact WASPC prior to making any purchases in excess <br />of $5,000.00 regardless of local contributions. <br />To submit A-19 reimbursement forms and online report forms, or to get copies, please go to <br />www.waspc.org/traffic-safety . <br />Thank you for your dedication to traffic safety in the State of Washington.
