Sustainability: Describe how this project would or wouldn't be sustained if these
Homelessness Prevention and Affordable Housing funds were not available either
currently or in the future. (250 words max.)
HAHC funds will allow critical development to proceed now. Additionally, once
infrastructure construction begins, HAHC funds will pay for all pedestrian paving and
sidewalks, which are not covered by the state CHIP grant. Finally, HAHC funds will be
used upon recommendation of RC Cost Estimate group architectural sub -contractor
to pay final construction costs in 2026 or 2027. There are no other Funding sources to
pay for these site elements.
4. Partial Funding: If this project were to receive only partial funding from this source, how
would the project be impacted? How would the proposal be adjusted for less than the
requested amount of funds? (250 words max.)
Partial funding from HAHC would result in a reduction of 1-3 fewer units of housing
completed.
9 of 9
