Grant Purpose <br />WSDA and Grantee have entered into this Agreement to provide funding for a capital improvement project to <br />make health or safety improvements to agricultural fairgrounds or fair facilities in order to benefit participants <br />and the fair -going ublic pursuant to RCW 15.76.165. <br />WSDA and Grantee agree to the terms of this Agreement as set forth in this GRANT AGREEMENT FACE <br />SHEET, the TERMS AND CONDITIONS, and the following documents incorporated by reference: <br />ATTACHMENT I: GRANTEE'S APPLICATION FOR CAPITAL GRANT FUNDS; ATTACHMENT II: <br />CERTIFICATION OF AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS TO COMPLETE PROJECT.
