BUSINESSOWNERS COVEMGE FORM TABLE OF <br />CONTENTS is amended as follows: <br />a. The title Elechonic Data is changed to Access Or <br />Disclosure Of Confidential Or Personal lnformation <br />And Data+elated Liability. <br />b. The title Recording And Disfibution Of Material or <br />lnformation ln Violation Of Law is changed to Re- <br />cording And Disbibution Of Material. <br />2. Paragraph 2.f. Dishonesg under SEGTION I - EXCLU- <br />SIONS is replaced by the following: <br />f. Dishonesty <br />(1) Dishonest or criminal acts by you, anyone else <br />with an interest in the property, or any of your or <br />their partners, "members', ofiicers, "managers', <br />employees, directors, trustees, or authorized <br />representatives, whether acting alone or in col- <br />lusion with each other or with any other party; or <br />(2) Theft by any person to wtrom you entrust the <br />property for any purpose, whether acting alone <br />or in collusion with any other party. <br />This exclusion applies whether or not an act occurs dur- <br />ing your normal hours of operalion. <br />This exclusion does not apply to acts of destruction by your <br />employees; but treft by your employee is not covaed. <br />With respectto accounts receivable and "valuable papers <br />and records', this exclusion does not apply to carriers for <br />hire. <br />3, SECTION I - EXTENSIONS OF COVEMGE is <br />amended as follows: <br />a. Paragraph 4.a.(1) under Collapse is replaced by the <br />following: <br />(1) Collapse means an abrupt falling down or cav- <br />ing in of a building or any part of a building; <br />b. Paragraph 5. is replaced by the following: <br />5.
