January 17,2024 <br />Kittitas County Commissioners <br />205 West 5th, Suite 108 <br />Ellensburg, WA 98926 <br />RE: Requesting a waiver to the Penal Bond - Bond of Indemnity <br />Dear Kittitas County Commissioners <br />On behalf of Vicious Cycle Events Inc., we are requesting a waiver to the $5000 Penal Bond- <br />Bond of Indemnity. <br />We don't anticipate damage to any county roads during the HI90 Grindy Bicycle Ride on June 8. <br />We have done several bicycle rides throughout different counties in Washington and have had no <br />problems with damage.
