Board of Kittitas County Commissioners <br />205 West Fifth, Suite 108 <br />Ellensburg, WA 98926 <br />Feb.23,2O24 <br />To whom it may concern: <br />Organizers of the 2024 Yakima River Canyon Marathon are requesting a waiver from the Kittitas County <br />Noise Ordinance for our event on April 6,2024. The only noise amplification will be through use of a <br />bullhorn at the starting line on Canyon Road, south of Berry Road. <br />Organizers also requesting a waiver from posting a 55,000 Penal Bond of lndemnity.
