<br />(d) reverse engineer, decompile, translate or otherwise attempt to derive, or permit or help
<br />others to derive the source code relating to all or any part of the software components of the
<br />Cayenta Offerings, or attempt to otherwise convert or alter the software components of the
<br />Cayenta Offerings into human readable code, except to the extent applicable law expressly
<br />prohibits the foregoing restriction;
<br />
<br />(e) duplicate Documentation, except for Organization's internal use and so long as all required
<br />proprietary markings are retained on all duplicated copies;
<br />
<br />(f) use the Cayenta Offerings other than in accordance with the Documentation., including but
<br />not limited to entering Organization Data other than through Harris APIs or Authorized User
<br />interface;
<br />
<br />(g) provide access to or use of the Cayenta Offerings or the Documentation to any third party,
<br />other than duly authorized agents or employees of Organization authorized pursuant to this
<br />Agreement;
<br />
<br />(h) copy, frame or mirror any part or content of the Cayenta Offerings;
<br />
<br />(i) access the Cayenta Offerings in order to: (i) build a competitive product or service; (ii) copy
<br />any features, functionality, database, table schemas, Cayenta Offerings architecture, or
<br />graphics of the software components of the Cayenta Offerings; or (iii) knowingly allow access
<br />to any competitor of Harris;
<br />
<br />(j) bypass or breach any security device or protection used by the Cayenta Offerings or
<br />Documentation or access or use the Cayenta Offerings or Documentation other than by an
<br />Authorized User through the use of his or her own then valid access credentials;
<br />
<br />(k) transmit, upload, post, distribute, store or otherwise publish, through use of the Cayenta
<br />Offerings, any data, material or information that: (A) contains a software virus, Trojan horse,
<br />worm or other harmful or deleterious computer code, files or programs that may adversely
<br />affect Harris systems, or that intercepts or misappropriates any data or information; (B) is
<br />threatening, defamatory, libelous, harassing, profane, is an invasion of privacy, offensive,
<br />obscene or harmful; (C) infringes or otherwise violates any patent, copyright, trademark,
<br />trade secret or other intellectual property or proprietary right of any third party; (D) violates
<br />any law, statute, ordinance or regulation; or (E) includes unsolicited bulk e-mails,
<br />advertisements or solicitations;
<br />
<br />(l) transmit any data to the Cayenta Offerings that contains software viruses or other harmful or
<br />deleterious computer code, files or programs;
<br />
<br />(m) interfere with or disrupt Cayenta Offerings or networks connected to Cayenta Offerings or
<br />attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Cayenta Offerings or such services or networks
<br />connected to the Cayenta Offerings;
<br />
<br />(n) use the Cayenta Offerings to store or transmit any material that is infringing, libelous, an
<br />invasion of privacy, obscene, offensive, harmful, illegal or would otherwise violate or infringe
<br />the rights of any third party; or
<br />
<br />(o) provide to any third party the results of using the Cayenta Offerings for the purposes of
<br />monitoring its availability, performance, functionality, benchmarking or competitive analysis.
