Notwithstanding the end of the Term or termination of this Agreement (each a <br />“Termination Event”): (i) the obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred or accrued prior to <br />or at any Termination Event and all rights and recourses of a party in respect of such obligations <br />and liabilities shall survive such Termination Event; and (ii) those provisions of this Agreement <br />that expressly survive any Termination Event shall continue as provided for. <br />18.19 Counterparts.
