<br />4 <br /> <br />If Organization wishes to exceed the Usage Limits at any time during the Term, the parties will execute a CS Order reflecting the additional usage required <br />by Organization and the associated additional Annual Subscription Fees and/or Support Fees. <br /> <br />^ Oracle Software use will be terminated after Go-Live on SQL Server.
