<br /> 5 <br /> <br />Cayenta V9 Statement of Work <br /> <br />Project Scope – Products & Services <br />This project will include the following components <br />General <br />This is a project involving multiple threads of work. However, there are tasks and activities that will be <br />performed by both HARRIS and CLIENT that are applicable to many if not all threads of work. Those key <br />activities are outlined below. Key responsibilities are also outlined on a deliverable-by-deliverable basis <br />in the Deliverables section of this document. <br />Key HARRIS Activities: <br />• Prepare a project schedule that outlines all project activities for both HARRIS and CLIENT <br />• Conduct a project kickoff meeting (remote) to provide a project overview to all stakeholders <br />• Provision a CayStone project complete with core V9.2 test cases <br />• Deliver train-the-tester training on new V9.2 features and modules in scope of this project <br />• Provide testing support and incident remediation services as described in the Deliverables <br />section of this document <br />• Conduct weekly incident review meetings (during testing) <br />• Conduct weekly project management meetings to review progress, risks, and issues <br />• Conduct monthly Executive Steering Committee (ESC) meetings (shared responsibility with <br />CLIENT project manager) <br />• Prepare a go-live cutover checklist that details all the tasks needed to successfully complete a <br />go-live cutover <br />• Rehearse the go-live by conducting a mock go-live cutover, using the go-live cutover checklist <br />• Schedule and execute the go-live cutover (outside of business hours) <br />• Provide post go-live support to CLIENT as noted in the Deliverables section of this document <br /> <br />Key CLIENT Activities: <br />• Provision required hardware & infrastructure for HARRIS to install and configure all products in <br />scope of this project <br />• Participate in the development of the project schedule, identifying any key dates that need to <br />be considered (ex. Regulatory deadline, vacation/blackout periods, year-end, etc.) <br />• Participate in HARRIS-led overview & training sessions <br />• Provide input and clarifications as required to support the configuration of the solution <br />• Participate in weekly incident review meetings & project management meetings <br />• Contribute to Executive Steering Committee presentations <br />• Lead, manage and monitor all testing activities, ensuring that testing is successfully completed <br />per the dates in the project schedule <br />• Ensure that all logged incidents have sufficient detail for HARRIS to properly triage and <br />remediate the incidents <br />• Re-test corrected incidents in a timely manner <br />• Develop custom test cases that are not included in the V9.2 core test cases provided by HARRIS <br />• Contribute to the go-live cutover checklist and identifying CLIENT-specific tasks that may not be <br />in the standard HARRIS cutover checklist
