BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. 2024 - <br />TO AWARD THE BID TO FURNISH CRACK SEALANT MATERIALS FOR 2024 <br />WHEREAS: A Notice of Call for Bids was approved and signed on February 6, 2024, to <br />furnish Crack Sealant Materials for 2024; and <br />WHEREAS: Sealed bids were opened on February 22, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. in the Kittitas County <br />Public Works Office, and four (4) bids were received; and <br />WHEREAS: The Public Works Department recommends that the responsible bid of Maxwell <br />Products, Inc. for Schedule "A" be accepted; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the <br />best interest of the public, does hereby award the bid for 2024 Crack Sealant Materials to <br />Maxwell Products, Inc. for Schedule "A", be accepted, upon such terms and conditions as <br />specified in the Proposal submitted by said bidder(s). <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Engineer is authorized to sign the contract <br />documents upon such terms and conditions specified in the Proposal submitted by said bidder(s). <br />DATED this 5th day of March 2024, at Ellensburg, Washington <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />Brett Wachsmith, Chairman <br />Attest: <br />❑ Clerk of the Board- Julie Kjorsvik <br />Laura Osiadacz, Vice -Chairman <br />❑ Deputy Clerk of the Board- Mandy Buchholz <br />Cory Wright, Commissioner <br />
