8. Criminal Justice and Public Safety ("CJPS")- Analysis of Restricted Revenues and <br />Balances <br />Zack DeHaven discussed restricted revenues that are embedded in the General Fund <br />balance. These revenues are reserved for Criminal Justice purposes and are not general <br />revenue. Next Steps are a follow up discussion with stakeholders regarding balances, usage, and <br />potential migration to a dedicated fund. <br />9. Central Services Committee -Proposed Reporting Structure and Schedule <br />Mr. Elliott proposed a committee comprised of 5 departments that are responsible for reporting <br />and project review as it pertains to county internal services: Building Maintenance, Finance, HR, <br />IT and Prosecutor. This is a first pass and will tentatively schedule presentations for March 2024. <br />Commissioner Wright suggested that the Treasurer be added. <br />10.
