KITTITAS COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2023. ? 010 <br />A Resolution Certifying the Levy for the County Road Fund for municipal <br />purposes of Kittitas County, Washington for the year 2024 according to <br />the assessed valuation as determined in the year 2023. <br />WHEREAS, the Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners ("BOCC') has reviewed and is <br />considering its 2024 Budget; and <br />WHEREAS, the BOCCI after hearing and duly considering all relevant evidence and testimony <br />presented. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED in accordance with RCW 84.52.020, the Board of County <br />Commissioners for Kittitas County does hereby certify that the following levy amounts be collected in <br />2024 as provided in the County's budget, which is scheduled to be adopted following a public hearing held <br />on December 4`h, 2023: <br />County Road Fund <br />Dated this 511 day of December, 2023, <br />$8,870,000.00 <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUāž¢ rY WASHINGTON <br />Chairman <br />Vice Chairrban <br />Commfs'sionei <br />
