The easement price will then allow PW to improve its offer of purchase to <br />WSDOT nearly meeting their stated sale price in the undisclosable appraisal. The <br />purchase of the property could then proceed in time to support the bridge project. <br />FISCAL IMPACTS: <br />Purchase of the property is not budgeted for 2024.
