Most of the water mitigation
provided through the bank is offered through the Standard Program. To be eligible for the
standard program, an applicant must: 1) be within the water bank service area, and 2)
require a quantity of water consistent with available mitigation packages, and 3) submit
an application for a residential building permit within two years (commercial uses not
eligible), or 4) submit a short plat application.
