AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT 2021-2022 CDBG-SR SUBRECIPIENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN KITTITAS <br />COUNTY AND FRIENDS IN SERVICE TO HUMANITY "FISH" <br />This Amendment is to the Subrecipient Agreement for the FISH - CDBG General Purpose Funding (signed <br />by the County on April L9,20221("Agreement") is made between KITTITAS COUNTY (the "County") and <br />FISH. The County and FISH agree as follows: <br />Remove language on page 4 stating the local government will retain $3,500.00 from the subrecipient's <br />finaVcloseout reimbursement to reflect fees for administrative services provided during the term of this <br />agreement.
