EXHIBIT "A* <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />ln addition to providing all material, the Contractor shall perform the following: <br />Total Reclaim will provide all transportation and a 53ft trailer for the county to load at our <br />facilities and transport units to their recycling center. <br />Total Reclaim will handle all refrigerant removal, storage, and disposal according to all <br />local, state, and federal regulations as a part of their recycling process. Total Reclaim will <br />be responsible for any hazardous materials, such as refrigerant and CFC-containing oils. <br />Total Reclaim will provide a certificate of recycling and/or disposal if requested. <br />Under no circumstances shall any CFC containing appliance removed from the Kittitas <br />county solid waste Facilities be disposed of unlawfully by the contractor. <br />Units will be collected at: <br />Ellensburg Transfer Station <br />1001 S lndustrialWay <br />Ellensburg, WA 98926 <br />Cle Elum Transfer Station <br />50 #5 Mine Rd <br />Cle Elum, WA 98922 <br />Professional Services Agreement (rev. 0?26/201 7) <br />Page 13 of 16
